Our Functions
	Quarry Bar & Restaurant boasts a modern bar/restaurant & a fantastic pupose built Gazebo perfect for functions of all sizes. We have functions to suit your group size, budget & style You can choose to make a group reservation in either our main bar & restaurant or for more intimate groups retreat to our Gazebo. Quarry is a new experience on the shore that combines great beer, great wine, & great food & with the combination of a classy décor and great staff it makes for a great experience.

Gazebo
	Features 47" LCD Screen. Stereo speakers. Gas Fireplace. Wall mounted gas heating. Large courtyard area. Seating or furniture layout to your requirements. Free car parking-After 5pm Mon-Fri & Weekends. Conference Facilities The Gazebo is ideal for formal or informal meetings, presentations & training seminars. Holds up to 40 people theatre style or 22 people classroom style. Come & talk to us about your requirements.

Capacity
	Bar & Restaurant 150-200 people standing,includes outside smoking area(heated).< 85 people seated. Gazebo 80/100 standing, 40/50 seated.

Bookings/Options
	Full Bar & Restaurant(SAT & SUN ONLY) $300 Hirage Fee plus minimun spend of $3,000 Gazebo (Friday ) Gazebo / Half Bar ( Saturday ) ($150 deposit needed to confirm booking) $300 Hireage No Guaranteed minimum spend $150 hirage $850 Guaranteed minimum spend Free Hire $1200 Guaranteed minimum spend A Security surcharge will be charged @ $50per 50 patrons subject to management's discretion. Guaranteed minimum spend. This can be either through a bar tab - subsidised drink vouchers - a la carte meals - platters or a mix of these. If minimum spend is not met this will be charged to the function organisers. A credit card authorisation must be completed for any guaranteed minimum spend. Hireage must be paid in full prior to function. Hireage is non-refundable *Prices subject to change
